Because of the abundance of information we receive every day, we hear about new foods, the best supplements, and the most optimal routines from a plethora of experts, but how do we know what’s right for us?! How do we sift through the noise to decide what we need?

Health and wellness are almost like buzzwords now, but I think we can get back to ourselves by going back to the basics.

Foundations will go through various holistic heath topics that are foundational to our health.

Upcoming topics will include:

💛 Nutrition

You might be shocked to see nutrition come up last, but if you’ve been here a while you already know that I believe most of our health is found off the plate.

The air we breathe, the water we drink, how we move our bodies, the quality of relationships in our lives are *more important* than what we eat. You can eat all of the kale and broccoli in the world, but if you don’t have relationships, or rituals that nourish or fulfill you, you’ll never be happy or healthy.

These are foundations for us all, no matter your age, or if your goal is to heal your gut or balance your hormones.

I’ve been studying hormone health this past year, and have really seen firsthand how important all of these foundations are to balancing our systems.

Can’t wait to share all of the ways these topics are foundational to my health. 💛
