I created Hormone Health Foundations because…
After a long (2+ year) journey with my hormones and gut health, and finally feeling at home, confident, empowered in my body, menstrual cycle, and hormones, I knew I wanted to find a way to support women with theirs. So I made it my mission to talk to as many women as possible about their menstrual cycles and hormonal health journeys to see how I could best serve my community.
Women come to me because they are struggling with bloating, their skin, not feeling confident int heir food choices, crashing in their energy levels or because they want to experience their body in a different way or plan to have a baby.
But their challenge is that they’re totally overwhelmed. They live busy lives and on top of that, understanding your hormones and the fundamental building blocks of health is complex. I help them make it simple. And that’s why I designed HHF.
It’s to empower you so you understand how your health works and where you specifically need to focus to see the kinds of results that you want to see.
