Hey friend, I’m Dana and I’m so happy you’re here!
Whether you’re looking for a confidant, friend, support, role model, or inspiration, I’m your girl!
They say, “everything happens for a reason,” and when you’re in the middle of a hardship this only triggers an *eye roll*, but I truly do believe this. When covid hit I got laid off from my first full-time job and had no idea what I was going to do next, but everything happens for a reason, right?
To keep busy, I was working daily on zoom with one of my girlfriends on a blog, masterclasses, really anything to keep us stimulated, and I learned something huge. (Shoutout Chloe, ily!) We all need and thrive off of accountability (Hello health coaches!). We gave ourselves homework before signing off of zoom each day and upon working on my homework, I stumbled across the nutrition school I ultimately graduated from.

Health both on and off the plate

We are limitless beings, and if this inspires you, I’d love to show you your limitless potential, too.
In nutrition school I began learning about various holistic health topics and was enticed by all the theories and modalities out there to heal your body. In the first week of nutrition school, they gave us a list and said pick one of these things to begin working on. I chose ‘drink more water’. Never in my life did I pay attention to something so mundane as drinking the right amount of water, but I was blown away by the effects. I had more energy, brain clarity, I drank less caffeine... and peed a lot lol. But what I learned was that it is the simple changes that create huge results.
As I read the info pages on their website I never felt like anything was more made for me. And the rest was history! I began studying holistic health and even in the midst of the pandemic I was beginning to feel really fulfilled. Little did I know, I’d embark on my own health journey, which later inspired my signature program, GLOW.
When I graduated from nutrition school, I wanted to work with dedicated women and help them feel confident about their health, teach them ways to elevate it, and learn to love it- and themselves. I began getting busier with clients to the point where I needed to start my own business. If you told me in high school that I’d start my own business I would have laughed at you- I never thought I’d do something like this. But everything happens for a reason, and when we release our plans and trust our intuition we never know the amazing things we’ll create. We are limitless beings, and if this inspires you, I’d love to show you your limitless potential, too.

If you landed on my page
and have no idea why…
I hope this is the one thing you remember, you can create lasting changes through simple and fun steps. These simple steps are what I build my programs around – sustainable, fun, small changes to help you create the life you’ve always dreamt of!
Growing up in a holistic household…
My friends always came to me for health advice before I was ever certified to give it. Looking back, it was totally foreshadowing my holistic nutrition career. After graduating from Elon University in 2019, I started my first full-time job, but the pandemic hit and soon after I enrolled in nutrition school. I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2020 and later completed two advanced education courses in gut health and hormone health. I can’t believe I’ve been health coaching for over two years now and am tapped for podcasts, articles, panels and more!

GET TO KNOW ME!
I’m obsessed with learning new things. I always tell my mom that I wish my full time job could be reading and listening to podcasts. I read non-fiction every morning, it’s my favorite part of the day!
Send me any and all recommendations! 🙂
Last year I went on my first yoga retreat and it completely shifted my goals and relationship to myself. I’ve been on a spiritual journey ever since to connect with my highest self and lead with love. A goal of mine is to one day lead a retreat of my own.
Where should we go??
I love cooking and reaping the benefits of pouring love and intention into the food I make, but there’s nothing like going out to a fun dinner spot with your girls- and making your way to a dance floor later.
It’s all about balance baby!
