When I say I get it, I 100% get it… I’ve been there too

My bloating and acne were the biggest things I dealt with before I healed my gut and it was SOO frustrating to feel like I was doing the right things but still dealing with these issues.

Through the last two years I’ve learned A LOT on my gut healing journey, but this is the biggest one: diet is secondary to healing.

It wasn’t until I:

✅ Created gut-supporting routines
✅ Prioritized self care
✅ Fed my body off the plate

That I began to see my bloat go down and body (and skin) heal

Our diets are very important!!! But we can eat all the kale and broccoli in the world, but if we don’t have routines and relationships that fulfill us we’ll never be happy, healthy or bloat free.
