What’s the first thing that comes to mind when you think about your health?

Before I studied holistic health, what I ate, and how much I worked out were the two things that came to mind for me.

I’m here to help us ~expand~ our definitions of health just like nutrition school did for me


Very simply, I view health as: everything

If you’ve been here for a while, you know that I often talk about health on and off the plate.

Health is the air we breathe, the quality of people in our lives, the way we move our bodies, how we spend our free time, our relationship to our finances, whether we have a spiritual practice, how well we sleep, the amount of water we drink, and so much more.

So here you have it, holistic health foundation #2: everything is health.

Health is found in the mundane, in the little choices we make for ourselves, how we choose to spend our time.

Health (life) is supposed to be fun!! Honor yourself with your decisions today and always.
